BIOFUELS POWER CORPORATION COMMISSIONS WORLD’S LARGEST BIOFUELED POWER PLANT Biofuels Power has commissioned a second power plant consisting of a GE Frame 5 turbine generator fueled by 100% biodiesel. This unit produces up to 10 MegaWatts of baseload electricity to the Entergy power grid. The Entergy grid connects the eastern portion of Texas and over 4 million Louisiana customers. This turbine project is fueled by pipeline from the Safe Renewables refinery with up to 1 million gallons of biodiesel per month. Further expansion includes the addition of a steam unit which will increase total power production of up to 25 MegaWatts. |

 BIOFUELS POWER CORPORATION COMMISSIONS FIRST BIODIESEL-FUELED GENERATOR PEAKING PLANT IN THE UNITED STATES Biofuels Power Corporation, with the assistance and support of the City of Oak Ridge North, has begun commercial operation of the first biodiesel-fueled electric generation plant in the United States. In February 2007, the Oak Ridge North Biodiesel Electric Generating Station began selling power into the ERCOT grid.
